The basic rules for using iLovedThatWine

iLovedThatWine is a personal wine journal and tracking app. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you submit, including wine notes, ratings, and uploaded images.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• • use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• • attempt to interfere with the service, infrastructure, or security systems
• • upload content you do not have the right to use
• • attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization

You retain ownership of the content you submit to iLovedThatWine, including notes, images, and wine-entry details.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service.

Pro costs $5 USD per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes your payment and shows the total before you subscribe. Manage your subscription, view invoices, or cancel through Manage billing on your profile.

The billing portal shows when your cancellation takes effect before you confirm. When Pro ends, your account returns to Free. Existing wine entries remain available; Free accounts can add entries when they have fewer than 25 saved wines. Basic JSON export is free on every plan and does not include photo files.

Deleting your account cancels its subscriptions immediately before removing your account data. Contact phil@ilovedthat.wine if you need help with billing.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

iLovedThatWine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iLovedThatWine and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
